Privacy and your data: privacy@medrounds.co.uk To delete your account or some of your information, see a copy of your data, or ask a question about our Privacy Policy.

Community decisions: support@medrounds.co.uk If you think we removed a post or suspended an account by mistake. Please write from the email address linked to your account.

When you email us, please use the email address linked to your MedRounds account, so we can find it quickly. We aim to reply within 3 working days.

Common questions

Is MedRounds free? Yes. MedRounds is completely free during the beta.

Who can use MedRounds? MedRounds is for people aged 18 and over who are preparing for medical licensing exams. Our first course covers USMLE Step 1.

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and follow the link we email you. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google instead.

How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. You can also email privacy@medrounds.co.uk. See Delete your account for what happens next.

How do I turn analytics off? Go to Settings in the app and turn analytics off. You can turn it back on at any time.

How do I stop marketing emails? Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

How do I report a post or a user? Use the report option on the post, comment or profile. You can also block anyone you don't want to interact with. Our Community Guidelines explain what's allowed.

Can I use MedRounds for patient care? No. MedRounds is for exam preparation and education only. Always follow current clinical guidelines, local protocols and your supervisors. See our Terms of Service.

Is MedRounds connected to the USMLE? No. MedRounds is independent and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the USMLE or any other exam body.
